Sonnentor Herbal Loose Tea
Sonnentor is one of the first Austrian
firms to submit itself to the EU-regulation for organic agriculture.
Herbs are carefully harvested (according to moon phase), dried at
temperatures of less than 40°C, then sorted and packed into special
bags by hand on the farm. Whole leaves guarantee freshness and full
aroma, and reduce the need for excess packaging materials. |

Just before brewing,
finely crumble a three finger pinch of herbs for each cup. Allow to
infuse for 5-10 minutes to reach full flavour. |
