We do not charge "Handling."
Product returns: Tea products cannot
be returned for obvious safety reasons.
However, if we ship the wrong tea, we will send the correct replacement
at no charge to you.
Damaged
accessories can be returned for a full refund or credit. We will not
ship substitute items unless you request that we do so.
